It’s a critical nutritional element for life and it’s involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It’s also involved in the contraction and relaxation of muscles. We’re talking about the heart, it’s very important.

One of the big symptoms is heart attacks and irregular heart rhythms. Other symptoms include sore muscle, pain, cramping, headaches, diabetes. There are some studies that show magnesium can help prevent diabetes and it’s also a great additive in the treatment of diabetes.
